Christmas Tweed Ride

Departing 10am, Sunday 12, 19 and 26 July, rain or shine

Decorate yourselves in Tweed or traditional winter attire, don’t forget your helmet of course, and join us for the first annual Christmas Tweed Ride series, part of Greytown’s 2020 Festival of Christmas. We’ll set off on a gentle ride around Greytown’s beautiful streets and, weather dependent, we’ll join the famous Greytown Rail Trail. We’ll stop for a little rest along the way and prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed Male, Best Dressed Female and Best Dressed Bicycle. Riders aged 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

We’ll meet and depart from the space directly behind Blackwell and Sons, at 110 Main Street, Greytown. It’s all very slow and civilised and winning is not the goal! This is not a race. You’ll be safely back in Greytown’s Main Street just in time for lunch, a cup of tea or a pint at one of our lovely cafes or restaurants. Bookings are recommended.

Photographs will be taken during the Tweed Ride and shared on Blackwell and Sons’ Instagram and Facebook pages.

(Each rider is required to pre-register to participate)
