Clover is a very traditional old-school honey. The processes used by Greytown Honey are exactly as they have been for generations. It's how you'll remember it from your childhood!

Being a pasture honey, it's light in colour, holds a soft creamy consistency and is very mild in taste. It's great for cooking and baking where you don't want a strong honey flavour but are substituting refined sugar.
