All prices shown include New Zealand GST and transactions are in New Zealand dollars.

There are no additional charges to the list price, other than for express bicycle delivery when this option is chosen.

We charge $9.90 per online order to cover part of the delivery cost to New Zealand addresses. Contact us for international orders.

Your peace of mind is important to us. Should your order arrive damaged in any way we will pick up and replace the damaged item at our cost. If we are unable to replace the damaged item, a full refund will be given.

If you change your mind or no longer like an item you have purchased, you can return it and, as long as it remains in saleable condition, you will receive a store credit to the value of the purchased item. You can swap the item for something else in store. No refund can be given. Store credit is available only within a four week window from when you purchased the original item.
