Moneymaker Tomato
Each packet contains 30 seeds. Store seeds in a cool, dark place.
When to sow: Spring and summer after frost danger has passed. Can be sown earlier indoors (with plenty of light) or under glass.
Where to grow: Sheltered, well-drained site in full sun. Can be sown in trays for transplanting.
How to sow: Sow seeds 2cm apart and cover with 5mm of firmed soil.
Care: Keep seedbed evenly moist during germination period (approximately 14 days).
Ready to eat: Approximately 110 days.
Tips: Tomatoes prefer a warm climate with ample spacing to encourage high yields. In spring it will take eight weeks to grow a plant ready for transplanting; 5 weeks in summer. A daytime temperature of at least 18oC is required. Avoid wetting foliage during watering.
