Tree-ripened at various orchards in Cromwell, then hand-preserved by Gus in a Central Otago Riesling syrup, Augustines of Central's Sundrop Apricots won a gold medal at the Outstanding New Zealand Food Producer Awards and were finalists in the Cuisine Artisan section at the New Zealand Food Awards.
